Save the Date
Following your initial inquiries, we kindly request all couples to secure their wedding date with a "Save the Date" booking fee of £100. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance when your wedding cake order is confirmed. It's important to note that this deposit is non-refundable.

We understand that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and we want to ensure that your wedding cake is nothing short of perfection. To achieve this, we offer personalised wedding cake consultations, where we work closely with you to bring your dream cake to life.

When Are Consultations Held?
Our consultations are typically scheduled within a year of your wedding date. We understand that planning a wedding can be a busy process, and we want to ensure you have ample time to make important decisions about your cake. These consultations can be arranged either virtually, providing you with the convenience of discussing your cake from the comfort of your own home, or in person at our home-based studio in Staplehurst, Kent.

What to Expect During the Consultation
During your consultation, we will guide you through the exciting process of designing your wedding cake. Together, we will explore various design options, colour schemes, and delicious flavour combinations. To make your decision easier, you'll have the opportunity to sample five delectable cake flavours of your choice from my cake menu. We believe that tasting the flavours is an integral part of choosing your perfect wedding cake.
What to Bring
To make the most of your consultation, we recommend bringing the following:
- Yourselves and an appetite! We will provide you with a delightful selection of cakes and refreshments to enjoy during the consultation.
- Any images, wedding stationery, colour themes, Pinterest boards, or any other sources of inspiration you have for your wedding day. These will help us understand your vision and preferences better.
Please note that consultations are designed for a maximum of three people to ensure a comfortable and focused experience.

After the Consultation
Following the consultation, we will compile all the details discussed into a comprehensive quote. This quote will include a detailed sketch of your wedding cake, clearly outlining the design, flavour choices, and any other specific requirements. Additionally, you will find the total balance and any additional information you may need to proceed with your order.

Counting down
Once all parties have given their approval to your chosen cake design, the exciting countdown to your wedding day begins. We want to ensure that every detail is perfect for your special day, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Ongoing Communication
Should you have any questions or if there are any changes you'd like to make to your cake during this time, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We understand that wedding plans can evolve, and we're committed to accommodating your needs and preferences to the best of our ability.

Finalising Your Order
Six weeks before your wedding date, we kindly request the full balance for your cake order. At this point, your cake design and chosen flavours will be finalised. Please note that, in order to ensure the seamless execution of your cake, alterations to the design and flavours cannot be made beyond this point.
